Shipping costs

In addition to the indicated prices we charge shipping costs for the delivery. The shipping costs depend on the value of your purchase.

Delivery within Germany

Please note our advice in case of partial cancellation!

If you are entitled to a right of revocation with regard to your order and should you make use of this right after submitting your contractual declaration with regard to a part of your order, with the consequence that the threshold value stated by us with regard to the purchase price not to be paid by you or the purchase price to be refunded by us would be undercut, we reserve the right to demand from you the proportionate shipping costs incurred for the remaining part of the order. However, this shall only apply if we had already informed you about the amount of the shipping costs for the remaining part of the order before you submitted your contractual declaration or if you could easily calculate the corresponding shipping costs on the basis of our information before you submitted your contractual declaration.


Delivery to Austria
Shipping up to a total weight of 5 KG : €13,99

Shipping from a total weight of 32 KG : € 140,00

No delivery of Biohort products to Austria.
For deliveries to Austria we have to charge 20% Austrian VAT instead of 19% German VAT for tax reasons, which we have to pay to Vienna. If you have an ATU number, we can invoice net (i.e. without VAT). If you give us a delivery address on German soil, we may invoice with German 19% VAT and in addition without 39 Euro delivery surcharge for Austria. Especially for high priced items like snow blowers, this point is relevant. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). When picking up goods in our retail store, you can pay in cash.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The time limit for delivery begins to run in case of payment in advance on the day after issuing the payment order to the remitting bank or in case of other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit.


If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
